Suzanne Arena worked in the credit department at Level while it was it was under the management of Eaglerock Propane in 2002-2003. She witnessed the disappearance of the customer contract library and worked under John Verbos after the customer database was compromised to hide 30-40% of the customer base. She also was asked to participate in the “Tank Recovery Committee” which was a ruse to bring the hidden customers back out into the open when the company was getting ready for the takeover by Amerigas.
