Natasha Brandt is an attorney and accountant who works for Level Propane and its remaining estate. An employee of Level Propane both pre- and post-petition, she held the office of corporate Secretary. In January, 2003, she was authorized in concert with Richard Anter, to remove tens thousands of paid invoices that were the records of last resort of customer payments, organized by date and name, used to resolve billing questions. This material was the only hard copy record of every sales transaction between Level and its customers. This record was the most reliable and complete basis for determining Level’s customer base.
Ms. Brandt was also responsible for the personal property tax returns of Level Propane. These returns listed all of the leased customer tanks by location owned by Level. In 2003, Level’s copies of these returns were destroyed.
