	Elliot Lester Elliot Lester is a disbarred attorney and eight-time convicted felon. Former lawyer, eight-time convicted felon, John Wagner’s go-to guy, Elliot Lester helped manage the crisis at Level Propane created by John Rudd and the Bank Group all the way to the Bankruptcy Court. For his efforts in stirring up crisis, in creating conflict and his bold run at thieving Level’s proprietary computer system, Lester was rewarded with cash and a safe post at Cornerstone Industries, where, to our best knowledge, he remains. He even tried to buy Level Propane, putting in a bid at the failed September, 2002 auction, a bid that called for Level Propane to put money in to close the sale.
