A docket is a court’s index to the filings made in each case that comes before it. The Bankruptcy Courts have used electronic dockets since 2001. This makes it possible to view their records on the internet, accessed through the dockets on their web sites.
The dockets on this site are borrowed from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. We have taken selected portions of the dockets and selected documents linked to each docket selection to make access to the most significant filings immediately available. The filings that you access through these dockets have been loaded from the court’s web site and are “as-filed.” Other filings in the case can be accessed through the court’s web site, www.ohnb.uscourts.gov.
