Anthony Pressly was an employee of Level. He was a witness to bulk document disposal. The post-petition management, particularly Bob Angart, the Chief Financial Officer, required him to assist them in large-scale disposal of Level documents, in violation of bankruptcy practice and in violation of bankruptcy law.
